Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.

Before You Cancel

Canceling your subscription will prevent future billing. Depending on your plan, you may continue using the platform until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel

1. Open Billing & Account

2. Select Subscription Management

3. Click Cancel Subscription

4. Confirm your cancellation request

What Happens After Cancellation

• No future charges will be processed

• Your current plan remains active until expiration

• Automations and chatbot workflows may become inactive after the subscription ends

• Access to premium features will be removed

Reactivating Your Account

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a new plan and completing payment.
