Connect Bot Token

The Bot Token is a secure authentication key that allows our platform to communicate with Telegram on behalf of your bot.

How to Connect Your Token

1. Navigate to Integrations → Telegram in your dashboard.

2. Click Connect Telegram Bot.

3. Paste the Bot Token received from BotFather.

4. Click Verify Connection.

5. Once verified, save the configuration.

What Happens After Connection?

After connecting the token, you can:

• Send automated messages.

• Receive user messages.

• Trigger chatbot workflows.

• Collect leads and customer inquiries.

• Enable AI-powered conversations.

Security Recommendations

• Never expose your token in public repositories.

• Regenerate the token immediately if compromised.

• Restrict access to administrators only.
