Connect Your WhatsApp Number

Connect your WhatsApp Business number to start automating conversations, engaging customers, and managing messages from a single platform. Once connected, your chatbot can respond instantly, qualify leads, answer common questions, and route conversations to the right team members.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

• A WhatsApp Business phone number

• Access to your Meta Business account

• Administrator permissions for the WhatsApp Business Account

• A phone number that is not currently connected to another WhatsApp Business API provider

How to Connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp.

2. Click Connect WhatsApp.

3. Sign in with your Meta account.

4. Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account.

5. Choose the phone number you want to connect.

6. Complete Meta's authorization process.

7. Wait for the connection status to show Connected.

What Happens After Connection?

Once your number is connected, you can:

• Send and receive WhatsApp messages

• Create automated workflows

• Build chatbot experiences

• Manage contacts and conversations

• Monitor performance through analytics
